Meanwhile, Eric and Nell discover that Lauren Hunter, the Office of Special Projects' Operations Manager, is a member of the Comescus. It is ultimately revealed that Hunter assumed the identity of Ilena Vadim - a member of the family who distanced herself from them - to infiltrate the Comescu family; the other members of the team are unaware of her exact allegiance until she kills Alexa and retrieves a laptop from the Comescu beach house. The episode ends in a cliffhanger with the other characters realizing that Hetty has been shot by Alexa. She then collapses to the ground, her fate unknown.

Both Daffy and Lola get their licenses while Porky failed the written portion but in reality had perfect test scores that got mixed up with Daffy and Lola's respectively. Next is the technical challenge and the bete noir of most bakers, a chocolate roulade. Finally, the spectacular showstopper that requires the bakers to impress with hundreds of choux pastry profiteroles that must be perfectly baked, filled and then assembled into a croquembouche. This king of desserts is traditionally served at French weddings and Mary and Paul expect to see an impressive tower of choux pastry buns with superb flavoured fillings and held together with hardened caramel. Who will have what it takes to book a place in the semi-finals?
