After he is captured, he contact Krypto, who, along with Streaky, arrives to help. It's up to Krypto, Streaky, and Kevin expose Buggy's true identity to the beavers.

McCoy and Rubirosa find themselves at odds as Rubirosa wonders if McCoy's prosecution of Weaver has more to do with her gender than her guilt.

Also, a man and a dead woman are found stuck in cement at a construction site; and an elderly Russian woman is discovered dead in her apartment with her head in a gas stove, but Warrick thinks she was murdered.
