Season 1, Episode 12
Mike begins by traveling to Palo Alto, CA to learn how to be a pet groomer, from cutting hair to giving baths. Mike then goes to Hawaii to turn happy green algae into unhappy red algae to be used as antioxidant gelcaps for human consumption. Finally, Mike goes to Missouri to learn how to be a charcoal factory worker. Mike ends the day with a barbeque and introduces us to the crew that help make the show.

Meanwhile, Maureen and Annabeth admit to each other that they sometimes think that each other's life is more desirable -- Maureen wishes she had a family to go home to, while Annabeth wishes she did not have to be responsible for anyone but herself.

A man suffering from Body Integrity Identity Disorder (BIID) threatens Christian's life in order to force him to amputate his perfectly healthy leg. Julia, Gina, and Liz develop a new skincare product that uses semen as the main ingredient. They keep the main ingredient a secret though. Joan Rivers is the first to test the product and loves it so much she decides to endorse it.

When a 6-year-old boy informs the NCIS team that his father was kidnapped, the team discovers that the missing father is actually a Lt. Commander working on a secret project named Honor, and that he is the only one who has the code that can open the project. While Gibbs gets closer with the boy, the rest of the team discovers that the project has been hacked in and the information inside has been deleted. Is the missing man innocent or is he actually the guilty one?

After a six-year-old boy dies in a school shooting, detectives trace the gun used back to a white supremacist's gun shop. Munch and Tutuola both face hatred and prejudice from the major suspects in the case, but their investigation soon takes them from the man who pulled the trigger back to the gun shop owner, who makes no bones about his hatred of anyone who isn't white.

Jay then convinces him the real money maker lies behind the pharmacy counter. J.T. steals drugs from the Pharmacy and sells them to a drug dealer, earning alot of money. Meanwhile Emma goes on a date with Derek, only to be interested in Peter.

Every Halloween at PCA, the secondary makes a haunted house for the lower school. This year, Logan is in charge. He promises everybody that the haunted house will not just make them scream but it will make them cry. But when Dustin and his roommate, Jack, get "lost" in the haunted house, Logan starts to get scared and starts to wonder where Dustin and his roommate have gone. Michael gets chased all over PCA by some French tourists who think he is ill, and Nicole gets a case of mistaken identity when she chases Mark. Lola did not appear in this episode.
