Van feels that Cheyenne thinks he is incapable as a good father.

Team Rocket plans on stealing the fragrances, but Meowth finds Skitty and falls in love with her. The heroes try to get the fragrances back, while Meowth starts wondering what he'll do with Skitty.

Meanwhile, Junior's friends turn his old crib into some sort of vehicle.
