Kelly and Ozzy plan to travel to England, where they are to perform a duet of ""Changes,"" the title track from Kelly's sophomore album, on Top of the Pops. Ozzy upsets Kelly by saying that he doesn't want to come with her, but Sharon assures her that he will change his mind. Kelly's boyfriend, Rob, joins her on the trip. Ozzy annoys Kelly when he immediately complains of boredom and says that he wants to go back to Los Angeles. They later get along well while riding ATVs on the family's estate. Everyone seems pleased with their duet, and Ozzy predicts that it could hit number one on the U.K. charts. Before a talk show appearance, Kelly gets into a fight with Rob. They apparently break up, and he returns to the U.S. Ozzy suffers an accident while riding one of the ATVs. His bodyguard finds him lying on the ground, unconscious.

Breanna and Spirit hold audition for a new cheerleader on their cheerleading squad. So far all the people who try out suck except for one girl who just recently moved to Baltimore and transferred to McKinley. Her name is Charlotte and not only does she make the squad but she and Breanna quickly become friends. While getting to know each other Charlotte tells Spirit and Breanna that even though she just moved to Baltimore she was still here over the summer visiting her Grandmother. Charlotte also mentions that during the summer she met a guy and had sex with him. Breanna and Spirit get really curious and ask her who and she says Arnaz! When Breanna discovers that she's the girl that Arnaz lost her virginity too this makes Breanna mad putting a dent in her new friendship with Charlotte. The next few days Breanna starts to treat her really cruelly, but Spirit knocks some sense into Breanna by saying that she should really be mad at Arnaz. But instead of listening, Terri defends him. Their discussion provokes Rick, who listens in, gets angry and takes off in a huff. Terri is forced to choose between her loyalties to Paige and her feelings for Rick, and decides to follow Rick into the woods. Feeling angry and betrayed, Rick knocks Terri down. She hits her head on a rock and is knocked unconscious. When Paige and the gang show up to find out what happened, Rick runs away. Later, with Terri in the hospital facing brain surgery, Paige and Spinner admit to Terri's father they knew Rick was abusive but that they thought the situation was under control. When a former surf champion is murdered in his home, the CSIs are determined to find the killer. Ted Henderson is killed in his own home and his body is missing, while his wife and son are left beaten and bound. While searching the home, Horatio finds heroin in the son's room and learns that he is secretly a drug dealer. Meanwhile, the CSIs find a home pregnancy kit in the bathroom that reveals Ted's wife is pregnant, but Alexx finds proof that the baby could not possibly be Ted's. Now, Horatio and the team find evidence that suggests that someone at Ted's surfboard manufacturing plant was not only the son's supplier, but may have a strong motive for the murder as well.

Dee Dee tries to keep him away from Aurora, as she believes she could get hurt. Adam is upset when everyone begins to bail out of his big ""28th"" (or 27th, 26th, 25th or 23rd) birthday bash in Las Vegas. Spencer and Aurora wake up naked and hung over in a Vegas hotel room, and Adam tells them they got married. A panicked Dee Dee, unable to find Aurora, interrupts Mona's romantic weekend with Nick. William continually bothers Alex for autographed memorabilia, while his friend Dan (who suddenly appears after learning that William knows a baseball star) can't seem to get the idea that Lynn isn't interested in him.
