Buki seemed to take an interest in the baby and when on the MBU, took a shine to another woman's baby. She was later devastated to learn that both the baby and it's mother had AIDS. Neil continued to undermine Jim by calling a staff meeting so that the G-Wing staff could slag him off behind his back...A plan that seemed to work; did Jim really quit? Karen regretted going to see Jim when he sexually assaulted her - it looks like she now beleives what Helen Stewart said in her report. When the new DVD player breaks, Jim must find the receipt in order to exchange it. He can't find it anywhere and blames Cheryl of losing it. She says he was the one who lost it, and in order to "win" the fight, Jim buys another DVD player and tells Cheryl he exchanged the broken one. Later, Dana shows up with the receipt, in which Cheryl wrote her a recipe, and Cheryl - after realizing it was her fault after all - burns it. They get into a fight but soon decide to drop the point scoring and just be happy again.

Ben receives a call in the middle of the night and learns that Lauren has gone into labor in Philadelphia. He catches a train and is present at the birth of his son, Andrew. Felicity's parents come to town for graduation. Her father rags on her for deciding to live with Ben in New York, and accuses her of always following Ben. Felicity angrily announces her engagement. Ben returns and admits that it was very difficult to leave his son. Lauren is still planning to move to Arizona, and he wants to follow. Felicity is still uncertain about joining him. Richard inadvertently blabs about Ben's child and the Arizona move to Felicity's father. Dr. Porter confronts Ben and expresses disapproval about the engagement (among other things). Felicity refuses to move to Arizona because she thinks that she should be more independent.
Dawson's Creek

Charlie's band lands a deal for a tour and Charlie asks Joey to go with him, but she doesn't want to leave college in the middle of the semester. Charlie then decides to quit the band and stay with her, which freaks Joey, who thinks they're jumping too many steps. She breaks up with him so he can go with his band on tour. Meanwhile, Oliver and Dawson finally get to NY to meet with an agent, but Oliver ruins the meeting. Dawson threats to end their partnership and begs for another chance. Civilization is sold and Alex Pearls takes over as the new manager. She promotes Pacey as head chef and fires Audrey. Pacey tries to get Audrey her job back, but all he gets is an inadvertent kiss from Alex.

Eric, Donna, and Kelso decide to steal a street sign for Hyde's present. But Hyde doesn't want to celebrate because he thinks this means he'll have to move out of the Formans' house.

Season 1, Episode 8
Jack invites his friend Jason Dill, a professional skateboarder, to stay at the house after he is kicked out of the home of yet another of his friends. Ozzy and Sharon are more than a little put off by the fact that Jack just lets Dill come over without telling them, let alone asking for permission. Dill is obnoxious and slovenly, and creeps out Ozzy and others with his habit of always scratching his head. Dill also smokes and drinks a lot, and Sharon is annoyed to find a bottle of Jack Daniels with his belongings. She decides that she is going to go to the bathroom in the bottle, but Kelly pleads with her not to do this. Dill accidentally starts a fire in the kitchen, doing damage to a pan and the stovetop. Jack is irritated by the fact that Dill is the only one who doesn't seem to be helping clean up the mess, although Dill points out that he would only make things worse. Ozzy and Sharon finally persuade Jack to ask Dill to leave the house.
Roswell

When the gang attempts to return to their normal lives, they soon find that their lives have gotten a lot more complicated, which includes Jesse attempting to come to terms with his newfound knowledge but matters are complicated when he finds himself under FBI scrutiny, and Max's "death" creates a unique situation within the alien authority structure, resulting in a new King...Michael.
