Warrick and Grissom look into the case of a man found murdered in an alley. Complicating their efforts, the medical examiner ""lost"" the body for 11 days. Greg helps this case by doing some undercover work.

Kelso swipes Jackie's panties to taunt Hyde, who has his revenge when Kelso gets a job at the hotel kitchen where Hyde works. Eric receives notice that he must return Donna's engagement ring if he can't make a payment by Friday. His visits to the jewelry store reveal that there's bad blood between Fez and Fenton, the jewelry guy.

With this information, she tells Dylan to pull out and let the Pyrians win so that they can take on the Magog World Ship instead of the renewed Commonwealth. Dylan sees that the only way to stop them is to destroy the planet that he is trying so hard to save....
