The Governor's daughter is waiting in hospital for a heart transplant. Sammo is an old friend of the Governor, they met when they were both in China, and Sammo's job in LA is down to him. The heart is stolen when the ambulance transporting it is attacked and the Governor soon receives the inevitable ransom call. If he doesn't sign pardons for three serial killers then his daughter will never see the heart. The governor decides that his daughter is worth more than his career and signs the pardons, hoping that Sammo and the MCU can catch the criminals before they start killing again!

After Leila's fear of public speaking leaves her ill, Felicity reads her speech to the students. Leila drops out of the race, but urges Felicity to run in her place. Hoping to show Felicity that he has some direction, Ben takes an internship on Wall Street. He spends all of his time babysitting a broker's visiting son. They bond while playing basketball, but the boy hurts his finger. Ben comforts the child as Greg tends to the injury, and Felicity is very impressed. Felicity, with encouragement from Ben, decides to run for student council president. Greg throws a fit and breaks their date to the Sadie Hawkins dance. He later shows up and apologizes. Felic

A reporter wants to do an article on Julia and her book, but when Justin shows up saying that he broke up with Laura just to get back to her, the reporter gives up. Claudia cheats on schoolwork so she can have more time for Todd, but later she feels guilty and Todd decides to study with her. Daphne misses her old times as a stripper and decides to take Kristen to hang out with her, and Kristen feels tempted to strip. When Charlie comes home, Kristen suggests a warm bubble bath. As she takes off her pants, a dollar bill falls, suggesting that Kristen may have stripped at the club.

Mitch responds by freezing her web site until she agrees to another date. Donna tells him off and makes it clear that she will not change her mind. Mitch opens the site, which quickly becomes a major success. David objects when Camille is asked to model for the web site. He admits to Donna that he is purposely trying to sabotage his romance with Camille. David finally breaks up with Camille, telling her that they simply weren't meant to be together. Janet nixes Steve's plans to invest in Donna's site because of their limited finances. Steve infuriates her by investing money left to him by his grandfather. Janet didn't know the account existed, and thinks that Steve kept it as a safety net so that he could leave her.
South Park

There's something wrong with new student Timmy. About the only thing Timmy can do is say his name. Ignorant of the fact that Timmy is "retarded", he is "diagnosed" with ADD, which relieves him of the responsibility to do any homework. Soon the rest of the class manages to get diagnosed with ADD, and all get prescribed Ritalin. Everyone is on Ritalin and just complacent enough to sit through a Phil Collins show.
