A riot breaks out at the prison, where two inmates are killed. The squad goes to the scene, but Frank must still stay behind. Bayliss, Lewis, Kellerman and Howard interview the inmates; many of them have familiar faces. Frank works on his target practice. Bayliss thinks that one inmate really wanted to tell him something, so he puts together a deal to get the information. The inmate confesses to the murder and Bayliss doesn't believe him. Another riot breaks out and the truth is finally discovered.

As the Street Sharks and the Dino Vengers work to protect the Super Shadow from the Raptors, Dr. Paradigm takes interest in the Raptors as he leads Shrimp Louie and Tentakill into finding them where he will steal the Super Shadow for them in exchange for Velociraptor DNA. After Dr. Paradigm obtains the Super Shadow, the Raptors trick Dr. Paradigm by giving him iguana DNA. The Street Sharks and the Dino Vengers must work to reclaim the Super Shadow from the Raptors.

He ends up having the Tibble Twins' Grandma ask him to babysit the infamous Tibble Twins and he agrees to the job. After some quick thinking, and a willingness to keep at things, he comes up with a plan.

Fred doesn't think of himself as an exciting man, so Fran decides to teach him dance lessons. He has a heart attack and falls on Fran, just as Freida walks in. After the situation is cleared, everything seems to be fine again until Fred tells Fran he's in love with her. She almost puts a stop to the wedding, if Mr. Sheffield hadn't interfered. Fred has another heart attack, but this time everything ends up just fine.
