Eric and Bobby retrieve a box for Dungeon Master. Dispite the fact that they were under strict orders not to open it, Eric gets curious. Just as he pulls the pin from the lock, Dungeon Master appears and warns Eric to place the pin back in place before it's too late. But Eric is taken by surprise when a force blows the top of the box off and releases He Whose Name Cannot Be Spoken. He is Venger's master, pure evil, and a powerful entity. The Realm is covered in darkness and a whirlwind envelopes the land. Dungeon Master then instructs the kids to flee on foot, and he joins them. While trying to save Hoppo's applemellon, Eleroo manages to crash into a banana pine tree and knocks an egg right into his pouch. They decide to hatch the egg and Crock gets word that it's a Brahma Bullfinch. Crock manages to trick the Wuzzles as the Bullfinch's mother to get at the valuable tail feathers. Soon after, it's not very long for the Bullfinch's real mother goes after the Wuzzles for taking her baby. The Wuzzles finally stop Crock and return the baby bullfinch to it's mother.
The babies use an egg timer and a story to help Rowlf get his voice back.

The Berbils free them however, and they form an alliance. Mumm-ra attacks the Berbil village, but the Thundercats save it. In return, the Ro-Bears help the Thundercats to build Cats' Lair, a new base for the Thundercats.

A young solicitor, John Hector McFarlane, seeks Holmes's help after retired builder Jonas Oldacre dies in a fire. McFarlane, who benefits from Oldacre's will, is suspected of murder and asks Holmes to clear his name. Holmes looks for another motive and another killer, and dresses up as a tramp to get the information he needs about the Oldacre household. The surprising answer he finds is that Oldacre is not exactly dead.
