Dan August is a Quinn Martin crime drama series which aired on ABC from 1970-1971. The series stars Burt Reynolds as the title character. Reruns of Dan August aired in prime time on CBS from May to October 1973 and from April to June 1975.

UFO
Season 1, Episode 15
A SHADO Technician, who is being blackmailed for information by an unknown party, is caught by Freeman, but not before the information is passed. The Technician, Paul Roper, divulges what information he gave to the blackmailers, to SHADO. After much work on the cryptic data, they discover it is part of a plan by the aliens to attack the Moonbase in a way that would be undetectable. Now it's up to Roper to redeem himself, as he is sent on the suicide mission to stop the attack. If he fails, the base will surely be destroyed.

While penning the letter, Archie pictures the family all standing behind him, dressed in his Sunday best, all supporting his positions.

The Cartwrights are about to start a major cattle drive with other ranchers. It has been decided that Ben's foreman will be trail boss on the drive. Weatherby, a fellow rancher who is also with Ben, has agreed to have Kelly as trail boss, until he finds out that Kelly was previously on a cattle drive with him, and fired him for drinking. Weatherby also suggests that his younger wrangler take the job as trail boss, and a conflict is started between both Ben's foreman and Weatherby's wrangler.

James Read, an enemy agent, is posing as an analyst to get to a top-secret U.S. missile guidance system being tested and steal the plans - the IMF must have him take back fake plans and unwittingly pass on the incorrect information to his superiors. Dana takes the place of Read's contact and he and fake boss Jim fake a romantic relationship so Read can get blackmail photos and use them to turn over the system. Read tells Dana of his plan to kill Jim, but before she can warn Jim, Dana is kidnapped by Hecker, a psychopath who believes Dana is a former girlfriend he killed. After Willy saves Barney from a firetrap meant for Jim, Paris and Barney manage to rescue Dana and alert Jim just in time to avoid a rigged car, convincing Read he's in the clear with the guidance system.

He insists that she promote her idea on a TV show, which she refuses due to a ski date. So Samantha poses as Endora, but the deception is short-lived when the real Endora appears, magically, on live TV. Because of the special effects, Bobbins is sold on the idea.
