The castaways are hopeful that Dubov will give them his transmitter, but soon discover he does not wish to go back to civilization. They must come up with a scheme to make him change his mind, and attempt to make him jealous by pretending Gilligan is an artistic genius.

Low grunts and grumbles while at the harpsichord constitute Lurch's manner of singing. Gomez has a record company record him and soon the Addams house is surrounded by excited teenyboppers, fawning and fainting over Lurch when he becomes the newest hit sensation. All that blind adoration goes to Lurch's head, and the Addames quickly find they have a self-centered butler who won't "buttle" any longer. Could it be they've created a monster?

Endora decides to experiment with different looks to Darrin's face while he is taking a nap. As Samantha forgets to change him back, a horrified Darrin sees the transformation they did to his face after he awakens. He becomes self-conscious about the way he looks. Samantha disguises herself as a sexy French sculptor to help repair her husband's tattered ego.

Leroy Lester, a longtime employee of the Commerce Bank is being forcibly retired to make way for a new computer system. A chance meeting with the Clampetts gives him an idea about dealing with Mr. Drysdale. Leroy goes back to the bank, where Mr. Drysdale's computer has now died. Mr. Drysdale offers Leroy his job back, but Leroy informs Mr. Drysdale that he will be taking an extended vacation and staying with his new friends, the Clampetts.
