Workaholic Dr. Sydney Napur solves a case that had the rest of the hospital staff stumped. Meanwhile, Dr. Sung Park performs high-tech deep brain stimulation on a patient with uncontrollable hand tremors.

The adult contestants compete in a crazy challenge requiring them to avoid three swinging pendulums while walking on a balance beam to retrieve calorie-coded plates matching five specific dishes.
