The Team receives an urgent call from Jules (Amy Jo Johnson) on her day off – she and her date Steve are trapped in a restaurant with a gunman (Aaron Poole) who’s shot a waiter and is now holding hostages and making incoherent demands. Team One works with Jules on the inside, fighting to calm the gunman down before the waiter dies, but its clear there’s more to this simple hostage-taking.
