Tricked into another of Team Rocket's schemes, the heroes are stranded on an island. They encounter Robin, a former salesman, who was saved by a Wailmer. Like the heroes, Robin, too, wishes to get off the island, but due to the constant whirlpools, he is barred from doing so. With the inevitable teamwork between the heroes and the villains, Team Rocket plan on another sabotage attempt to take the ship everyone is building and snatch the Pokémon at it.
Stephanie becomes the last member of the Ulong tribe and must survive on her own; some of the castaways enjoy a memorable evening, and one indulges a bit too much.

After a young woman named Agnes Deschamps goes missing, the team takes a look into her disappearance and learns that the young woman was believed to be a psychic. Sam has trouble accepting that one of their witnesses purports to be a psychic, although she is thrown when the woman correctly points out her problems with Martin. Jack, Martin and Danny pick up the extra hours with Vivian out awaiting heart surgery and together the team manages to track the young woman down after a supermarket parking lot kidnapping yeilds an unlikely clue.
When theres a talent show on and they've got places for singing, Angelica signs up, but Tommy tells Angelica to let Susie know. When Angelica calls, its on the answering machine, but it breaks. Angelica then pretends she's reminding her in front of Tommy, which when Susie comes back to school, eventually believes in Angelica. Meanwhile, Chuckie, Lil and Phil help Ms O'Keats with her part of the talent show, even though its a bit lame and they have to wear weird costumes and do other weird movements. Dil lets them know about Karma and tells them about that afternoon (Phil, Lil and Chuckie pulled a prank in assembly) and if they do something bad, something bad will happen to them, as in them being humiliated in front of the whole school. The next morning, Angelica's face breaks out with zits and comes to Dil's advice. Dil tells her to do good deeds but it just gets worse. Meanwhile, Julie shares some memories with an "old" friend and in the process learns a few things and gains a few ideas.

A black kryptonite explosion splits Lex in two and his evil side - Alexander - is released. Alexander imprisons Lex in the mansion then gives full vent to his evil side - he threatens to evict Lana from the Talon unless she becomes his mate, jousts with Lionel, and tries to kill Clark and Chloe when they figure out his secret.
Butters is freaked out when he thinks he can communicate with the dead. Although his parents have made it clear to him there are no such things as ghosts, Butters is sure one is haunting him. Butters knows he has to give up his ghost pal or be put into a mental institution.

When Krypto and Streaky meet up with a fire Dalmatian named Smokey, who has the worried of a new puppy on his mind. Streaky assumes the new dog is a Smokey "replacement", much to Krypto's disbelief. Streaky gets the bright idea to use Krypto as Smokey's super-double.
When Jerry WOOHPs the girls right in the middle of a homegrown mani-pedi (courtesy of Clover, see b-story), they know it must be serious... and it is. Jerry informs the spies that fellow teen spy hottie Britney (from ""Alex Quits"") has crashed in a WOOHP chopper on a remote island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Jerry explains to them that the island is a top secret holding facility for WOOHP's most dangerous baddies (humans, robots, mutants, aliens, you name it)! Just when the girls think things couldn't get any worse, Jerry informs them that Britney's chopper destroyed the island's security system when it went down -- and now the island's ""residents"" are running totally wild. And one more thing: the girls only have a few hours to save Britney before the island self destructs! In a b-story, Clover becomes a ""Beautylicious Betty"" -- a peddler of overpriced, shoddy beauty products that eventually enrage all of her customers.
In an attempt to talk to Sydney, Katya Derevko deliberately poisons herself and is temporally taken out from her cell. Once Nadia tells her sister about this, Sydney visits her aunt to tell her to stay away from Nadia. However, Katya unsettles Sydney by telling her that someone framed her mother as a means of getting her killed. Sydney sets off in search of the truth behind this story. Meanwhile, Vaughn becomes a rogue agent by getting involved with the people who might know his father's whereabouts. In the end, he and Sydney find out that the man behind these two plots is no other than A. Sloane. However, things are not exactly as they seem to be.
When the body of a young woman is discovered at a laundry facility, the bed sheets she is wrapped in lead Mac and Stella back to an upscale New York hotel that houses diplomats from around the world when the United Nations is in special session. Meanwhile, Danny and Aiden investigate the death of a homeless man found dressed as a human statue. By all accounts, the prank is deemed a misdemeanor, but Danny decides to delve further and his refusal to stop the investigation puts him at odds with Mac.
The bludgeoned corpse of a promiscuous lawyer is found in her office and detectives treat her former lovers as suspects until DNA evidence points to a co-worker. This crossover continues on Law & Order: Trial By Jury S01E08 Skeleton (II).
Greg and Jimmy have a not-so-neighborly war over Jimmy wanting to cut down a lemon tree in his backyard that Greg is attached to.
After Stu sells an invention, he tells the kids that he's splurging on a built-in swimming pool. While digging up the yard, the construction crew unearths the Rats' old mechanical Reptar toy. The kids fondly remember it, but decide to throw it away, until, during an electrical storm, they become convinced that they've angered Reptar. They ultimately decide to rescue the toy, and realize that, although they're growing up, they can't forget their past.
The whole school has caught Yu-Gotta-Go fever, a role playing card game, except Chuckie. When he finally starts playing, it becomes an obsession, and he's hired by Angelica to do her chores in exchange for more cards. He becomes one of the school's elite players, but in the pursuit of an elusive card, he nearly parts with the valuable stamp collection that Chas has passed down to him. It's up to his friends to keep him from getting in over his head.
A series of fire drills leads Veronica to discover that Neptune High has been receiving bomb threats, so she enlists Wallace and Mac's help to investigate classmates who could pose a serious threat to the school, including new student Ben. Meanwhile, Keith stuns Veronica with the news of who he's been secretly dating. Later, Duncan confronts Veronica about her ongoing investigation into his sister's death.
