Ephram meets Kyle's mother, Tracy and thanks Ephram for all he has done for him. She also sets insight on why Kyle is the way he is, which leaves Ephram more contented that Kyle is just like him. Jake treats a 40 year-old woman who has stress urinary incontinence - someone who keeps wetting themselves and having no control over it. Edna has been quite perplexed lately as Jake is opening up his private office more for surgical procedures and botox sessions.

Esther, Richard and Ada are sent to live at Bleak House, where they receive a friendly welcome from their rich guardian John Jarndyce.

The teams are then given the responsibiity of designing a display and event for Dick's sporting goods to move merchandise in a specific product category. Capital Edge picks golf and Excel selects baseball, but when the events begin, Excel forgets that their primary focus is supposed to be on sales, not event planning. The result? Using a return trip, he is able to get a ticket with the winning numbers and give it to Mr. and Mrs. Ishiyama. When the others find out, they kick him out of the group until they can figure out what to do. To make matters worse, Xana activates a tower and possesses Nicolas. On top of that, he creates an army of Krabs to guard it.
