The girls investigate the disappearance of the California State Cheerleading Champions, The Honeybees. They have to deal with homicidal (sort of) cheerleading robots and come up with their own routine as the "WHOOP-ettes". In a B-story, Mandy rivals Sam into winning the Spelling Bee.
Lord Mercer and Milan celebrate their financial success by giving the employees fancy new desks. They later learn that their accountant has cleaned them out, and have to lay off a bunch of employees. Drew, Mimi and Mr. Wick are forced into duty on the sales floor, where Drew sells underwear. When the store continues to flounder, Lord Mercer converts it into a discount outlet. Nicki sends Drew a gift and claims to have forgiven him. Drew is suspicious, but decides to meet with her. She has gained back all of her weight and is homeless. She tries to shoot Drew, but drops her gun. Drew feels responsible for her problems and offers to let her stay with him. Nicki finds a knife in the kitchen and thinks about stabbing him, but is distracted by cheese and decides that she can kill Drew later.
Michael and Janet's 15th anniversary is approaching. Jay's friend Wanda brings her Brian McKnight's tickets (a concert Jay was really looking forward to see), but unfortunately she has to turn it down because it's on the same night as their anniversary.
The anniversary day finally comes and Michael goes out to play golf, leaving Jay devastated at home. Later, she goes out for drinks with her girlfriend Wanda, who insists Jay should confront Michael. Michael pulls off a lavish ceremony for the renewal of their vows. Guest stars Brian McKnight.
Starfleet orders Enterprise to return home when the crew seemingly causes the destruction of an alien planet. However, a visit from Crewman Daniels leads Archer to believe that this disaster was the plot of one of the factions from the temporal cold war.
Homer starts a security company with Lenny and Carl after the police are ineffective during a blackout, and eventually Mayor Quimby decides to have them replace the police. Homer finds that he excels at the job, but then he runs afoul of mob boss Fat Tony, who threatens Homer with death unless he leaves town.
Felicity blames herself for Noel's death because he had survived the fire in the original history. Meghan suggests that she go to Korsikoff and undo the spell. Felicity doubts that this will work, but is willing to try anything. She convinces Korsikoff that she successfully used one of his spells, and follows his request by bringing in personal items from all of her friends. She tells Korsikoff about her friends, her life in New York, and her romantic histories with Ben and Noel. Korsikoff opines that she actually returned to the past to let go of Noel. He burns the items and conducts the spell. Felicity is afraid to go to sleep that night. She wants to undo the damage she caused, but is afraid of losing Ben. Ben pleads with her to try to forgive him in the future, and apologizes in advance. He says that he cannot live without her. Felicity wakes up the night before Noel's wedding, surrounded by concerned friends. They report that she developed a high fever and became delus
Felicity tries to convince Noel that she wants to be with him. She finally tells him that she travelled through time for him. He becomes very worried about her mental health. Felicity again asks Meghan to undo the time travel spell. Meghan is still skeptical, but gives her a book. Ben decides to leave school and travel across the country with Julie. Noel shares his concerns about Felicity with Ben. Ben finds Felicity working on a spell. She confirms that she is a time traveller, and tries to prove it by telling him about his father's illness and Lauren. Ben and Noel determine that Felicity may be experiencing psychosis. She agrees to see a doctor, who places her in a psychiatric ward for observation. Felicity meets Zoe in the hospital. After she is able to provide details about Zoe's life without having previously met her, Felicity realizes that she is not crazy. She calls Ben, who still doesn't believe her. However, he then receives a call from Lauren about his father.
Niles' persistence finally convinces Daphne's father to come to Seattle to reconcile with his wife. Daphne is disappointed that Niles didn't consult her first, but is on board with the plan.
Giles arrives to face Willow, armed with powerful borrowed magic. Willow, overwhelmed by power and grief, plans a ritual to put the world out of its misery.
Andy and Connie return from their week's holiday with Theo. A boy goes missing, and the squad is lead to a pedophile in the area. John meets with a lawyer about his father's estate.
In The Season Finale Burton and Lulu tells Nick damaging information but that deals with a wanted killer. Dr. Reed asks to be his son's (Hunter)Trustee but their future could be in trouble.
It's J.D.'s last day as an intern, and soon he will become a resident. Carla and Turk are arguing about dating other people. Elliot finally rebels against being everyone's doormat, and J.D. is just trying to stay out of people's way. Jordan has returned to get a physical and a new patient, Mr. Bober, has been admitted, because he needs his gall bladder removed. He really needs the surgery, but doesn't have the insurance to pay for it. They enlist the help of Dr. Cox, Dr. Wen and Jordan.
Jack Bauer heads to the docks for a final climactic showdown with Victor Drazen.
On the day before the wedding, Lorelai enjoys a romantic evening. Meanwhile, Rory is thrilled when a familiar face returns to Stars Hollow.
Lex is hit with a surprise after his father closes the local Smallville plant to force him back to Metropolis, blaming the plant's failure on his management. Meanwhile Clark prepares for his date with Chloe, reporter Roger Nixon gets wind of Clark's alien origins after setting up an explosion, and Whitney joins the Marine Corps. Lex works with the workers to buy the plant and put it under local management, and his father Lionel threatens to sabotage the efforts by buying up their mortgages. It all comes together when Nixon uses the "key" Lex found (in "Obscura") to activate the spaceship just as three tornados hit Smallville. He flees into the storm with Jonathan in pursuit and Martha left to confront the opening spaceship. The tornado hits Lex's manor and traps Lionel under beam, leaving Lex with a life-or-death decision to make. And Clark arrives to see Lana whisked up into the tornado. (to be continued...)

And Hyde and Fez try to decide what to do with some dead fish that they stole.
In the first half-hour, Doug believes that his new dentist --who once had a crush on Carrie--is hurting him on purpose. The second story, which marks the show's 100th episode, focuses on Carrie's dad, Arthur. When Arthur's volatile behavior gets out of control, Doug and Carrie insist he visit a psychiatrist. During the session, Arthur recalls via flashback a disturbing encounter with his own disgruntled dad that may be at the root of his abrasive personality.
