"Devil's Tattoo" - A biker dude takes his girlfriend in to get a tattoo. The biker dude insists it has to be the devil's tattoo. As the dude was forcing the girl and tattoo artist into putting on the tattoo the tattoo gun went crazy and killed the dude. "Static Man" - A business man is about to close a big deal and an Indian medicine man puts a curse on him. Items start sticking to the business man and ruins his big deal. The business man agrees to save the trees and the curse was lifted. "The Bloody Hand" - Two detectives solve a murder case where an ex-husband tried to steal from his dead wife before her funeral. The only thing that can't be explained is the cuts on his face. And the fresh blood in the fingers of the woman, who was already dead. "Where Have All The Heroes Gone" - Two young thieves get a shock while robbing the home of a recently deceased cowboy star. A cowboy shows up and scares the boys straight. "War Surplus" - A struggling college student is unnerved by a vision of a man who looks like his father — who died 8 years earlier in the Gulf War. Following his father into a surplus store the student finds his father's uniform jacket. In the pocket of the jacket the student finds a letter telling that there is an insurance policy worth $100,000 in the his name.

Andy and Vince are Civil War buffs who spend their weekends re-enacting battles from the historic conflict with others of similar persuasion. On this weekend, they're in Gettysburg for a giant recreation of the war's bloodiest battle when a photographer, Prentice asks to take their picture with his ancient tin-type camera. But when the shutter clicks, Andy and Vince find themselves transported back to the Confederate camp of Col. Angus Devine on the eve of the infamous 1863 battle. Prentice, who joins them in the past, explains that he has sent them back as a grand experiment, to see if history can in fact be changed, proving destiny is not final.

Glynn confronts Hughes, Hughes confesses immediately and is quickly arrested. New inmate Morales is offered Hernandez's end of the "tit" trade only if he kills Hernandez. Morales asks Rebadow to do the deed in exchange for anything Rebadow wants and Rebadow accepts. Escapee Busmalis is caught and returned to Oz where he is rebuked by Rebadow. A "fresh from the hole" Adebisi begins implementing his plan to get a new Em City administrator. A cell phone appears and Ryan schemes to get his hands on it. Like most O'Reily schemes, someone ends up dead and this case is no different as Hoyt's recruited to do the "honors". Said scores a victory for Jason Cramer and Shirley Bellinger gets a visitor.

When Michael and Nikita get to Dingman's Hollow, they discover that the satellite is missing from its crash location. Soon enough, Nikita discovers that strange things are afoot in the town of Dingman's Hollow. It turns out that the entire town is a ""Sleeper Base"" for the Black Storm terrorist group, making Michael and Nikita's mission that much more difficult. Meanwhile, Naomi, the girlfriend of Birkoff's brother, Jason Crawford, is taking him to Aruba. Can Section One be far behind?
