There's something wrong with new student Timmy. About the only thing Timmy can do is say his name. Ignorant of the fact that Timmy is "retarded", he is "diagnosed" with ADD, which relieves him of the responsibility to do any homework. Soon the rest of the class manages to get diagnosed with ADD, and all get prescribed Ritalin. Everyone is on Ritalin and just complacent enough to sit through a Phil Collins show.
Felicity

Sean follows Ben and Felicity with his camera and pesters them to admit their attraction. Greg asks Felicity to manage his campaign for student council president. Felicity is alarmed to discover that she disagrees with Greg's position on virtually every issue. She finds that her views are more in line with her friend Leila's campaign. After Leila's fear of public speaking leaves her ill, Felicity reads her speech to the students. Leila drops out of the race, but urges Felicity to run in her place. Hoping to show Felicity that he has some direction, Ben takes an internship on Wall Street. He spends all of his time babysitting a broker's visiting son. They bond while playing basketball, but the boy hurts his finger. Ben comforts the child as Greg tends to the injury, and Felicity is very impressed. Felicity, with encouragement from Ben, decides to run for student council president. Greg throws a fit and breaks their date to the Sadie Hawkins dance. He later shows up and apologizes. Felic

Will keeps avoiding Holly, but Bailey is pushing him to move in with her. A reporter wants to do an article on Julia and her book, but when Justin shows up saying that he broke up with Laura just to get back to her, the reporter gives up. Claudia cheats on schoolwork so she can have more time for Todd, but later she feels guilty and Todd decides to study with her. Daphne misses her old times as a stripper and decides to take Kristen to hang out with her, and Kristen feels tempted to strip. When Charlie comes home, Kristen suggests a warm bubble bath. As she takes off her pants, a dollar bill falls, suggesting that Kristen may have stripped at the club.

With the President coming to visit City Hall, Mike is upset when Caitlin gets to meet him instead until plans change. The rest of the staff gathers at the bar, where Caitlin joins them. Nikki and Carter bet on who can pick up more women. Stuart tries to get Caitlin drunk; he succeeds and she leaves a drunken message for Mike. Paul tries to get James to help take his picture with the President.

Mitch annoys Donna by trying to plan their entire relationship via an electronic organizer. She suggests that they stop seeing each other outside of the business setting. Mitch responds by freezing her web site until she agrees to another date. Donna tells him off and makes it clear that she will not change her mind. Mitch opens the site, which quickly becomes a major success. David objects when Camille is asked to model for the web site. He admits to Donna that he is purposely trying to sabotage his romance with Camille. David finally breaks up with Camille, telling her that they simply weren't meant to be together. Janet nixes Steve's plans to invest in Donna's site because of their limited finances. Steve infuriates her by investing money left to him by his grandfather. Janet didn't know the account existed, and thinks that Steve kept it as a safety net so that he could leave her.
3rd Rock from the Sun
Season 5, Episode 17
Dick and Mary are getting ready for the annual Rutherford Badger Day Dance Contest, but there's a small problem - Mary can't dance. Harry however has teamed up with Nina, but when Dick sees just how good a dancer she is, he orders Harry to let him dance with her instead. Meanwhile, Tommy and Don become exasperated when Alissa and Sally become friends and try on nearly everything in the clothes store. Jealousy arises, however, when Tommy discovers that Sally saw Alissa naked in the changing room, and then Sally discovers that Alissa accidentally walked in on Don changing in the Solomons' toilet. After Dick (and Nina) win the dance competition, the episode closes with a wordless pas de deux, complete with orchestral accompaniment of George Gershwin's "He Loves and She Loves", in a tribute to the final scene of the 1957 film Funny Face starring Fred Astaire and Audrey Hepburn. A portion of the film's choreography is re-created by Dick and Mary.

Will and Holly get married. The immigration inspector is investigating them. Adam comes back from Mexico and asks Julia to move back there with him. She decides to go but then give up. Claudia has a love dream about Todd, and she tries to make it come true, but it doesn't happen the way she wanted. Charlie wants to make some changes in the production and his manager quits. Will tries to learn more about Holly and starts to feel something for her. Kristen has a bleed and Julia takes her to the hospital. Claudia's dream comes true. Charlie and Kristen decide to tell everybody about their pregnancy.

The police arrived at Jim Fenner's house and interviewed both him, and his wife Marilyn about Shell Dockley, and Jim's assault on her. Marilyn and Jim decided to stay together for the children's sake but Jim persuaded Marilyn to send Shell a letter, saying that she had broken up their marriage. Stubberfield told Karen Betts that he wanted her to take over as wing governor after Helen's departure. New Prison Officer, Di Barker, arrived on the wing and seems like a nice quiet girl. Julie J learned that her kids are back in the UK and wanted them to visit. Bodybag took great pleasure by refusing. Jim returned to the wing; he confiscated all the letters that he had sent Shell – now she had no evidence against him. He even told her that he loves her - just so she would lie and tell Stubberfield that she made up the allegations. She did and Stubberfield believed her.
