Season 1, Episode 3
Ozzy makes the rounds to promote the release of his new album, Down to Earth. He reluctantly takes a limousine (which he hates) to Tower Records for an in-store appearance. Kelly attends the event and is surprised when several fans recognize her. Ozzy and Sharon are later guests on Loveline. Jack listens to the show and is horrified when his parents discuss their sex life. Jack goes away on a camping trip with his school while Ozzy, Sharon and Kelly are in New York. Ozzy appears on Late Night With Conan O'Brien and MTV's TRL, where Kelly joins him for a promo. Jack hates the camp, and gets in trouble for throwing rocks at other campers and arguing with the counselors. Sharon tries to help Kelly's best friend, Robert, shop for a gift for her 17th birthday. The family throws a big party in Kelly's honor. She goes out with her friends after the party and winds up getting a tattoo, which she unsuccessfully tries to hide from Sharon.

Guilt-ridden over his inappropriate thoughts—especially since it's his ""four-and-a-half-year anniversary"" with Dharma—Greg tries desperately to get Gretchen off his mind, to no avail.

When Carter is unexpectedly called to a late-night meeting, Charlie's left in charge of entertaining Spencer, a 16-year-old boy whom Carter sponsors through the ""Big Brother"" program. Having already had a date planned, Charlie has no choice but to bring Spencer along for the ride. Meanwhile, the Mayor is racked with guilt which is causing him insomnia.

Not to mention that Danny, Stu's son, is very jealous and angry that his own father would back Doug's business venture, but not his own.

An evil cyborg that looks a lot like Merton, from the future has been sent back to Pleasantville to kill Tommy. At school it blasts Tommy, but it seems that it was a GOOD cyborg from the future sent to protect Tommy Also the Merton cyborg poses for the school calendar and whose the photographer. Tommy teaches the Tommy cyborg to dance. They find out that now that the Tommy cyborg's mission is complete, he will self destruct and so will the Mertonator. But at the Hungry Bucket the Mertonator was on a date. I destroys the Tommy robot but Tommy destroys the Mertonator.

When Dodie's Nana dies, Ginger and Macie help her out, but Ginger realizes that she never knew her own grandma. Will her dad give her any insights into what she was like? Meanwhile, Hoodsey comes to terms with his own grief at Nana's funeral, but how will his family react when they find out that he has locked an iron mask around his head?
