Pacey gets a job at a bar and meets an attractive Hispanic waitress named Karen. Although Karen has a very non-friendly boyfriend, that doesn't stop Pacey from feeling attracted to her. Dawson arrives to visit Joey, and is misled by Audrey when she decides to set her sights on him herself. Jen's compassion gets her to help Charlie and be on the college radio station.

Goren and Eames investigate the death of church sexton Morris Abernathy but soon find their chief suspect, Kevin Donovan, dead in his apartment. After realising that someone performed last rites over Donovan's body, the police realise that a priest was involved in the murder, and are led to a priest who has been desperately trying to keep a twenty-year-old secret hidden. Goren risks the prosecution's case by protecting an innocent third party who could lose everything if their own secret comes out.
Felicity
Season 4, Episode 2
Felicity feels extremely guilty after having sex with Noel. She seeks Dr. Pavone's advice on whether she should tell Ben. Dr. Pavone theorizes that she wants to have both guys. Felicity hears an answering machine message for Ben in which a girl talks about ""their"" motel room. She confronts Ben, who explains that the girl was a study partner from the EMT training who tried to make a pass at him. He reminds Felicity that he already told her about the incident. He realizes that something is wrong, and tries to console Felicity about her uncertain future. Although he offers his support, she dumps him again. Richard discovers the truth about Felicity and Noel. Elena and Tracy ask Felicity to perform their wedding ceremony. Elena is perplexed when Tracy suddenly seems interested in sleeping together before the wedding. Sean, still fuming over Meghan's inclusion of Tracy on her ""list,"" bets that she could not even get a kiss for him. She tries and fails, leading to a confrontation

Nick arranges for her maternal aunt to have guardianship, but Nick soon finds out that all is not what it appears to be and he must go to CLS and admit that he may have placed April in an even more dangerous environment than her home. And at Fallin & Assoc., John Clayton seeks the firm to reorganize his assets at his steel plant. Burton refuses, claiming that there is no money to be made, but Simon discovers that his father has a personal reason for refusing the business � Clayton Steel is the same plant that he worked at as a teenager alongside his father.
