Doug lies to Carrie about having to work late so he can play mud football and get out of going to her seminar. Now sick from his night of football in the rain, Doug starts watching TV and begins to drift off to sleep... Doug, finally full of guilt, goes to tell Carrie the truth of what happened and she doesn't react exactly the way he thought she would.
Drack, a menacing looking character who works for the Bureau of Health, chases two men through a level. One of the men escapes down a shaft, but Drack shoots the other with his weapon and brings him back to the Bureau, where he is taken to the incinerator room. Drack is approached by his boss Tooley and refuses to take the decon-injection that Tooley wants to give him. Tooley then gives Drack a data card and assigns him to track down another ""thaw,"" a person defrosted from long deep freeze. Drack goes to a cryogenics lab and orders Cat Man to run the data card. The person Drack is looking for is Cleopatra. Before he leaves, Drack observes the lab's surveillance tapes to see who thawed Cleopatra. Meanwhile in Mauser's lab, Hel, Sarge and Cleopatra try to track the whereabouts of Marcus, a team leader who has disappeared. Mauser traces the coordinates of Marcus' last communication with Voice. Hel and Sarge go to that locale and Cleopatra goes to a nearby bar to see if she can dig up
Jake's grandmother (Adrian Ricard), who insists she has a heart murmur, gets angry at John when he declares her to be in good health; Reggie goes through an old high-school yearbook and gets more depressed by the minute; Margaret becomes concerned about Linda's relationship with a young boy.
Greg and Kim aren't happy to hear that Sam's pediatrician has retired early and sold his practice -- and his patients -- to a physician they've never met. Trying to give the new guy, Dr. Trabert, a chance, they freak out upon discovering that he's practically a kid himself, has his wife working as his receptionist, and has left his sick kid at home to go to work. Greg and Kim instead make an appointment to meet with Dr. Bernstein, the most famous pediatrician in L.A., and lie their way into his exclusive clientele. No sooner than they get on Bernstein's 'A' list than Sam shoves a piece of pasta up his nose and Greg has to rush him to the doctor to have it taken out. Also, a very convinced Annie worries when Lucy starts having a relationship with her friend's freewheeling ""unmotherlike"" mom. Also, Simon develops a bad attitude with his mother when not wanting to do his school work, but wants to hang out with his friends.
The situation is dire as The Collective, still led by Graff and Haled, is cleaning Section's clock. But, just in time, Michael asks Nikita to help him return to Section, where his re-emergence is viewed with suspicion by both Mr. Jones and Operations. While new missions continue against The Collective with Michael's return, Nikita admits that she lied to him in "Four Light Years Further," and that she does indeed love him. Operations discovers that The Collective has infiltrated Section's mainframe to try to locate and kidnap Michael's son Adam, in attempt to re-assert control over him. Can Operations foil The Collective's plans?
