Lizzie tries out for cheerleader but doesn't do very well. Later that night she and Miranda chat online. Lizzie jokes that Kate made the squad because she stuffs her bra. Miranda accidentally sends out the message to everyone on the class roster. The next day at school Kate is furious about the taunting she's receiving and confronts Lizzie and Miranda, demanding to know who is responsible. Lizzie stutters and stammers for a few moments, then Miranda says that she did it. Kate promises to make her life miserable, and a war of dirty tricks breaks out between the two. Miranda tells Lizzie that she took the blame because Lizzie can't handle conflict. Lizzie feels guilty as the war between Miranda and Kate escalates. Finally Lizzie works up the nerve to take responsibilty for the message and she stands up to Kate. Mimi and Steve buy the house next door to the Warsaw, and she taunts Drew about the fact that she will always be nearby when he is trying to unwind. Drew, Lewis and Oswald get drunk and urinate on her front lawn. She catches them in the act and files a complaint. Because a number of neighbors have complained about the boorish behavior of the bar patrons, the Warsaw is stripped of its liquor license. Drew apologizes to Mimi, but admits that he doesn't mean it. He convinces the Warsaw's owner to slip alcohol into all of the food (soup, lemonade, etc.) but Mimi reports the owner and has him arrested. Drew does not understand why Mimi is so upset about this particular prank. Steve explains that she has never lived in a house before, so it is very special to her. Drew apologizes and creates a little gnome town for her front yard. Mimi drops the complaint. Meanwhile, Lewis and Oswald prove that their stupidity knows no limits as they try to ""milk"" snakes and sell their venom.

Unfortunately the embarrassment continues with Sam and Donna.

However, after being there for awhile, Pacey realizes that the guy he's trying to get back together with Gretchen is not who he thought he was. Back in Capeside, Joey has her fair share of problems when she gets locked in a storage closet at the Yacht Club with none other than the loathsome sociopath Drue Valentine, which is later revealed that he set the thing up to avoid going to New York to visit his estranged father. Meanwhile, Dawson observes the feelings growing between Mr. Brooks and Grams and fears that Grams will get hurt when she finds out that Mr. Brooks, like her last husband, is terminally ill.
3rd Rock from the Sun
Season 6, Episode 9
When Dick accompanies Mary on an archeological dig, he is disappointed when the only thing he finds is a small pointed rock. Mary realizes, however, that it is an ancient spearhead and becomes upset, revealing that she has never found anything before. So, in order to make Mary happy, Dick steals a ceremonial wedding moon that was found the previous day and lays it for Mary to find. Meanwhile, the Rutherford Garlic Festival is on and Sally, Harry and Tommy decide to turn their attic apartment into a hotel, but things soon become hostile between them as they attempt to make their 'hotel' good enough to get a four star rating in the Crown Travel Guide.
