Beck's men hold Amanda hostage in a desolate cabin. She escapes, but is quickly re-captured. Kyle is forced to turn to Peter for help when the kidnappers demand a million-dollar ransom. Peter volunteers to leave the money at the drop site after the kidnappers refuse to let Kyle do it himself. Peter arrives at the cabin to find that Amanda is gone. Hill gets the idea of escaping Oz by hiding in a coffin. Sippel re-enters Oz because he can't deal with life on the outside, but Schillinger crucifies him -- literally. Alvarez gouges out Rivera's eyes and is put in solitary for life. Needing a blood transfusion for Rivera, Dr. Nathan finds that only O'Reily has the same blood type; he agrees to donate in exchange for getting his brother Cyril near him. Keller and Schillinger reveal their sordid plan of deceit to Beecher while breakingv both his arms and legs. Fortune teller Kipkemei Jara gives Adebisi hope of a new life; but he is murdered by Wangler on orders from Antonio Nappa. The grief this causes Adebisi lands him in the psych ward. Said is pardoned by Governor Devlin, but refuses choosing to return to Em City instead.

With Adrian's help, Nikita manages to breach the most sensitive area of Section and secure a file, code named Gemstone, which contains evidence which will bring down Operations and destroy Section One. Meanwhile, Operations forces Michael to identify the Section operative most likely to work with Adrian to undermine Section, Nikita. Michael confronts Nikita in order to try to find a way to protect her, but she denies any association with Adrian. Now Michael is forced to kidnap both Nikita and Adrian and bring them back to Section, knowing that Nikita and Adrian will be cancelled and that the incriminating Gemstone file will be permanently erased.

She pretty soon comes to the conclusion that it's eat, or be eaten, so she puts on war paint, and finds a squirrel in a bush, she quickly eats. It turns out she was in the backyard all the time, and her imagination got the better of her.

Ros' friend, Sorrel marries Richard Blenko, a two faced man with a silver tongue, who'd give anything to save his own life. He promises a gangster as many emeralds as he'd like in exchange foir his life, using Sorrel's own father, Mr Mandrake, to do so. Mandrake is kidnapped whilst staying at becket's place, who went off with Christa when he was supposed to be assuring Mandrake's safety. Sorrel and Ros are also kidnapped. The gangsters steal the emeralds and then leave a bomb in the bunker where Ros, Sorrel, Mr Madrake and Richard are. Beckett, Jan and a trainee, Melissa have to stop the bomb and the gansters, before it is too late.
