Upset over the situation, Drew proposes creating a union for single employees. Everyone runs for cover in the basement as a tornado approaches but Mr. Wick is caught in the store right as the twister strikes. Mimi sees a golden opportunity when she finds Mr. Wick traumatized and disoriented the next day.
