Meanwhile, Denny and Alan's friendship is tested when Alan helps Cassie sue the US military for the loss of her brother.

After a six-year-old boy dies in a school shooting, detectives trace the gun used back to a white supremacist's gun shop. Munch and Tutuola both face hatred and prejudice from the major suspects in the case, but their investigation soon takes them from the man who pulled the trigger back to the gun shop owner, who makes no bones about his hatred of anyone who isn't white.

Lacey starts a running club in order to train for a Fun Run. Brent becomes a driving force in the club once he joins up. Oscar gets handicap plates for his car, and finds that it changes the way he's treated. Hank gets a job as crossing guard, and takes it very seriously.

Jay then convinces him the real money maker lies behind the pharmacy counter. J.T. steals drugs from the Pharmacy and sells them to a drug dealer, earning alot of money. Meanwhile Emma goes on a date with Derek, only to be interested in Peter.

Abruzzi's demotion in the prison hierachy puts the entire escape plan at risk. Michael finds himself in the uneviable position of trying to protect T-Bag's new "fish" and facing the threat of T-Bag exposing the plan to the guards. The inmates dig themselves into a hole.

He promises everybody that the haunted house will not just make them scream but it will make them cry. But when Dustin and his roommate, Jack, get "lost" in the haunted house, Logan starts to get scared and starts to wonder where Dustin and his roommate have gone. Michael gets chased all over PCA by some French tourists who think he is ill, and Nicole gets a case of mistaken identity when she chases Mark. Lola did not appear in this episode.
