Anjali has actually gone off to cry because she thinks that Lou will now send her away and she doesn't want to leave. Musaka is homesick and Sarah helps him feel more at home by finding some photos of Uganda on the web because he has none. Joe and Regina have re-edited their secret video and is a success, thanks to the hosts Wom and Bat (the hamsters). Adam like Regina, Regina like Greg, confusion reigns for a while before Greg gets the kiss from Regina.

Back in town, Grissom and his crew probe the sudden death of a renowned poker player who suffered a violent convulsion in the middle of a high-stakes game with three others. It looks like natural causes, at first, but Grissom suspects foul play.

They pose as humans in Carbon Creek and take on jobs while waiting for rescue and soon find themselves becoming more involved with the town's residents.
