A drunken Hayley falls overboard in the middle of the night. The Coast Guard later recovers his body. Kimberly manages to knock Vic unconscious and free herself. She hauls Vic into the police station. Kimberly tells Peter that she is giving up her radio career to become a psychiatrist. Amanda suspects that Bobby is going to kill her, but he says he came to Los Angeles to protect her from his family. Peter is furious when Amanda has dinner with Bobby, especially after he learns Bobby is the ""first love"" Amanda had described to him. Syd confronts Jane about her intentions toward Michael. Jake is frustrated by the police investigation of Shelly. He finds that most of his money is already gone.

Ryu, Ken and Bison are sent to a mysterious dimension, which seems to be the origin of both Bison's psychic powers and Hadou. Here Bison asks the two boys to join Shadowlaw, which of course refuse. A battle between the three ensues, where Bison seems to continue having the upper hand. Meanwhile, Guile keeps fighting against Chun Li, unable to overpower the girl until the chip falls off her forehead. Ken manages to weaken Bison with his Hadou-Shoryuken, allowing Ryu to finish him off with a combination of Hadou moves. With Bison finally defeated, Ken decides to go back home in America, while Ryu decides to sail away and keep explore his true self.

MacLeod, who has known Kamir since the Raj period, when India was controlled by the British Empire, knows Kamir is the last of the Thugee, a cult who worshipped Kali by ritually strangling her enemies.
