Amanda gets into a scuffle with Jack as she struggles to escape. Jack trips over Amanda while pursuing her, and tumbles over the top of the staircase. Amanda calls Peter for help, as she fears the police would not believe her story. Peter claims that he stopped by the house and found that Jack had suffered an accident. Michael realizes that Peter's diagnosis is incorrect, but backs off after Amanda shares her history with Jack. Kimberly discovers that Mark Paul is a real person, and bullies him into admitting he was hired to scare her. Michael and Kimberly take their feud to national radio. Kimberly is furious when Peter neglects her in favor of Amanda. Alison agrees to move in with Hayley. Jake and Jo try to overcome their jealousy and stubbornness.

Marion bakes cookies for his physical therapist, Tonia, to thank her for helping him heal. But she wrongly thinks he is in love with her and aggressively pursues him by sneaking into his room wearing sexy lingerie. Meanwhile, Jackie wants Tiffany to join a fancy social club managed by the snobbish Mrs. Mason. Mrs. Mason and the other ladies come over to interview Tiffany, and they almost witness Marion leading the scantily clad Tonia out of the house. Later, Jackie agrees to help Marion convince Tonia that he is in love with someone else. Marion takes Tonia to an expensive restaurant. Jackie comes in, kisses Marion passionately and says that they are in love. Tonia dejectedly leaves. Unfortunately, Mrs. Mason was sitting behind them and witnessed the entire incident. Tiffany is glad to be rejected by the social club.

Ken discovers that both Chun Li and Ryu have been somewhat subjugated and tries, slowly but surely, to summon the Hadou-Shoryuken to break the wall that separates him from them. Bison orders Ryu to focus on summoning the Hadouken. Guile and Nash infiltrate the fortress and decide to go separate ways to cover more ground. Ken's escape is discovered by Bison, who understands that also him is capable of harvesting ki. Ken finally breaks the wall and tries to escape with Ryu, only to find his friend menacingly adopting an attack stance.

This flower will bloom in this ""bad way"", when there is no gentle music around. But when Professor Ichibana, owner of this rare & amazing flower, switches flowers with The Tick and Arthur, these accursed superheroes are tossed in El Seed's salad once again. El Seed creates Rosebud, who manages to steal the flower from Arthur. El Seed makes the flower bloom in ""the bad way"", but even he cannot control it's powers. Only the Tick's opera singing can save the City now...
