Boone, infected with the virus, comes up with an idea to develop anti-bodies against the virus but it may not be in time to prevent the virus spreading over earth.

Jennifer reveals her affair with Billy to Jeff and convinces him to tell Samantha. A furious Sam attacks Jennifer, but Billy comes to Jen's defense. Sam moves out of the apartment. Megan takes a job waitressing at the jazz club after the medical practice lets her go. She learns that Michael cost Brett the Philadelphia job by telling Larner about her past profession. She holds this information over Michael's head to stop him from making trouble at the practice

The Aryans are losing credibility in Oz, so Schillinger arranges to have a tough named Vogel killed with Beecher being the next on the hit list. Finally, the prison is filled with excitement as a woman, Shirley Bellinger, arrives on death row to be executed.

Carly, a 14 year old girl breaks into The Hive and for some reason Ros is put in charge of her, which she is not too happy about. Beckett is moving into a rather run-down flat which Alex found for him, and his friendship with Ros is rather ‘rocky'. Carly is taken off Ros' hands by a man who turns out to be a baddie after an ancient funeral mask that the Bureau are looking after. He manages to con Carly into stealing the mask and once she realises why they want it, she runs off and hides it. Soon, both Ros and Carly are held prisoner until Carly gives the whereabouts of the mask. They are trapped under a lift. Carly manages to get out and tell Alex and Ed where it is hidden, and they quickly find it.
