After walking out on Dan in the heat of anger, Roseanne is now holed up at Jackie's, mesmerized by the sitcom couples she grew up with on That Girl, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, and I Dream of Jeannie. Meanwhile, back at the Conner house, Dan is listlessly puttering around fixing things -- but he'd rather "fix things" in his marriage. And, much like the TV couples occupying Roseanne's thoughts, Dan and Roseanne just might discover that they're better off together than apart. In the coda, Jackie realizes that they have won $108 million in the state lottery.

Michael finds Kimberly, who explains that she cannot remember the night of Bobby's murder. Peter is injured after picking a fight with a prison guard. Alison decides to move out of the building so that she and Jake can have time alone. Matt steals Michael's prescription pad to get access to more pills. Taylor convinces Kyle that they should buy a restaurant in Los Angeles.

Omega Red is offered restored humanity, but once aboard the warhead-filled sub, he reveals his true, deadly intentions.

Meanwhile, a good kid with a criminal record, Robert Farrell, tries to help his ailing mother by using his science-savvy and the gang's technology to arm himself as the Rocket Racer. While Spider-Man's fighting crime, the mysterious "Jason Phillips" starts to make moves on Felicia.

The Mustache, a U.S. secret weapon, escapes from the lab and tries to team up with its counterpart, the Russian Beard. In hot pursuit are Jim Rage and the Ladies of Project: Shave, so the Mustache takes refuge on the Tick's lip. Meanwhile, Dinosaur Neil and Dot plan for their marriage.
