Iola is distraught when her cat Midnight dies,although everyone else is thankful,noting that the cat was as mean as a rattlesnake. But Iola refuses to let go and nothing can console her---until she decides to have it freeze-dried.She goes all out and buys a model that meows when you pet it.She leaves it with Mama for a while and Mama takes it out to the front porch and leaves it. That's where Vint falls on it as he, Naomi and Bubba are bringing in a trunk they just bought from the police surplus. Thinking they killed the cat, they bury it,and go into to open the trunk.Which has a hole on the side of it and is the home of a Mama cat and her kittens.One of which looks just like Iola's former pet who adopts it immediately.

Carlos Mariano, the brother of Raul Mariano, the man who raped McCall and shot Hunter, whom Hunter would eventually kill, (see Rape and Revenge) has come to L.A. to get Hunter for killing his brother. And just like his brother, is shielded by diplomatic immunity. The State Department man warns him not to do anything, because his country is a vital ally to the U.S. Hunter tries to reason with him by saying what his brother did and that he killed his brother in self-defense but is unmoved. He eventually abducts Hunter and taunts him first, eventually Hunter gets free and only wounds him. Hunter turns him in and because of what he did, the country can have deported. At the airport, he tries to make sure that he has given up his quest for vengeance.

But nothing is more of a rude awakening than when Sandra witnesses Cathy going into labor and she sees how Jim was there for her every step of the way. Then Mary and Lester talk about the night Brenda was born and how they really needed each other then. Sandra changes her mind and decides that when she does have a baby she would like to be married so she can have a husband that loves her and loves their child.

Jake, whilst testing out a new land hopper in Australia developed by Skyvault scientists, gets caught up in a dispute between a heavily armed bike gang called the Road Devils, and a small convoy of gypsies. He defends the convoy and later is attacked by the bikers, who are looking for a stolen microchip intended for Doc Terror that one of the gypsies, Mitch took from a power plant and kept for himself. They kidnap Mitch's girlfriend, Cathy, and it's up to the Centurions to rescue her. Science Lesson: Marsupials by Jake.
The Rangers stop on Mesa to repair Space Tug 4, which was pulling a ship outfitted with an experimental Andorian engine that would render current drives obsolete. A space time distortion opens up, and through it comes a mysterious object, which hits the experimental vessel, and both crash on Mesa. The UFO turns out to be Scarecrow. He takes over a riverboat casino gambler, and teams up with Lazarus Slade. Slade is only interested in getting the new drive, while Scarecrow is after immortality.

The Colbys is an American prime time soap opera, which originally aired on ABC from November 20, 1985 to March 26, 1987. Produced by Aaron Spelling, it was a spin-off of Dynasty, which had been the highest rated series for the 1984–1985 U.S. television season. The Colbys revolved around another wealthy, upper-class family, who were distant relatives of the Carringtons of Dynasty and who owned a large multi-national corporation. Intended to surpass its predecessor in opulence, the series' producers were handed an immensely high budget for the era and cast a handful of well-known movie stars among its leads, including Charlton Heston, Barbara Stanwyck, Katharine Ross and Ricardo Montalban. However, The Colbys was ultimately a ratings disappointment, and was canceled after two seasons.
