The Stephens are sightseeing in Rome, and Endora tries to test Darrin's loyalty by bringing the famous Venus statue to life. When Darrin meets her (now named Vanessa), he misses an important meeting with a client named Mr. Baldoni, who also falls for Vanessa. Samantha, deciding that this is just too much, takes it upon herself to bring the famous Adonis statue to life. Adonis and Vanessa meet and fall in love instantly and are zapped back to the museum in their original forms- but with a small difference: they hold hands!

Dr. Chapman is arrested by Festus when he tries to sleep in Doc's office even though he has explained that Doc went to Baltimore to hone his medical skills. A letter explains that Doc felt so badly about a little girl's death that he could have prevented if he had been more in tune with modern medicine, that he had to leave. Not many in town are very cordial to Dr. Chapman and when Newly's shop blows up with Newly and Festus in it, they dislike him even more. Festus is all right, but Newly has a bone splinter in his brain and needs an operation. Chapman wins the town by performing the operation and saving Newly's life.
Bonanza

Hoss becomes a judge in a contest--he has to pick the perfect/prettiest baby. The parents of the babies nearly all try to influence Hoss, so he has a hard time deciding. There is one quite hilarious part (though odd).

Being far too outspoken and having a tendency towards over exaggeration and drama, Sarah struggles to fit in and become accepted by the other servants.

Season 6, Episode 4
Alex Pierson, a rising Syndicate member, has recruited Dr. Burke, a psychopathic behavioral psychologist who has developed a way to program men into killers. Pierson lures in underworld criminals with an offer of plastic surgery and turns them over to Burke, who programs them to kill Pierson's targets three times then kill themselves. Barney infiltrates as a crook on the run but when he fails to dose himself with a counter-drug, he is converted into a psychotic killer as well. They lose contact with Barney - Jim plants evidence on Burke making him look like he's turning against Pierson and another IMF agent made up to look like Barney goes after but fails to kill Pierson before fake-killing himself. Pierson confronts Burke while Jim gets the info on Barney's location out of Burke's assistant, and Willy stops the tech expert from killing his target in the nick of time.

Next Stop, Italy! The Stephens enjoy their vacation in a hotel overlooking the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Of course, Esmerelda pops in due to a lack of confidence. Esmerelda reveals that she made the tower lean by mistake when she was engaged to the builder. So Esmerelda takes it upon herself to right the wrong...by actually straightening the Leaning Tower of Pisa! The town totally freaks out when the famous tower is straightened correctly, and Esmerelda cannot remember what happened to make the Tower lean in the first place! A trip back in time helps her to remember. It seems that she tried to twitch up a tower sandwich for the builder and to make it lean, thus making the Tower lean again.
