Johnny Costa, Victor's associates and a casino owner, is the only one with enough evidence to get Victor convicted. The IMF must con Costa into talking. Phelps as a syndicate killer warns Costa that someone has put a contract on him. Cinnamon charms Costa and has him endorse minor credit slips which the IMF then forges for bigger ones. Rollin is a bookkeeper who supposedly works for Costa, finds an unlisted $25,000 planted by Barney, and the fake credit slips. Thanks to a prerecorded call from ""Victor"" mimiced by Rollin, Costa is relieved of duties. Costa confronts Cinnamon and gets her to admit she is working for Victor. Fleeing from Willy as another hit man, Costa locks himself in the casino vault to protect himself until he can testify against Victor.

Charot increases the phony raids and the frightened merchants withdraw from the deal. John then puts his ranch up to guarantee the initial safety of the new line. Victoria joins John for the first ride into Tucson while Charot and his gunmen wait in ambush.

Endora creates a toy called the Fuzz, a toy that has the power to charm people. Darrin presents this idea to Larry and the Fuzz charms Darrin to the tune of a million dollars. Samantha is worried about Darrin when he tells her that he will finally give her and Tabitha everything they could possibly want. Endora removes the spell and Samantha tells Darrin that as long as she and Tabitha love Darrin, that is worth a lot more than money.

Jethro doesn't want any hayseeds as clients. So Roy decided to pack for home until he saw Elly May in a nice dress. Roy was speechless (seeing Elly in a nice dress), he decides to pay a visit to that record company.
