Jordi, the son of Beba's cousin, arrives to attend to the affairs of the elderly woman. Eliseo immediately senses that something is amiss, and begins to investigate as he is alerted by a suspicious accent. It turns out that Jordi is not actually the son of Beba's cousin but actually a local nurse, and it falls on Eliseo to run off the imposter.
Eliseo schemes up a way to take down his archenemy Zambrano, seeing it as his best shot at derailing the project and protecting his job. After a search of Zambrano's house fails to result in anything compromising, Eliseo moves to invent a lover and cause marital problems in the Zambrano household, and enlists the help of a delivery girl who has a score to settle with the penny-pinching Zambrano.
