The two clash at first but when another rape occurs, the two detectives must work together and pick up the pace before the rapist strikes again.

The oldest, Blake, is on the verge of becoming a juvenile delinquent, often running off to hang out with older kids in the neighborhood, and Donna has no say over when he'll come home. She fears that the youngest two are starting to follow their big brothers' example.
