While visiting the trailer, the gang is surprised to see Casey Kelso, who is now back in town. The guys continue their plans and have a bachelor party for Eric, who can think of nothing but why Donna wants to stay. The girls also have their own fun at a strip club where they are again surprised to see Casey Kelso as a non-stripping employee who drives a drunk Kitty crazy.

Ezra's "Maximus" as he likes to call it, needs serious help. Xzibit is about to pimp his ride. How it all ends for the cast: The Firm Closes, Eugene becomes a Judge, Jimmy and Jaime become Neighbourhood Lawyers with their own firm, Ellanor takes a hiatus from practicing law to raise her daughter, Alan Shore hooks up with Sally and continues working for Denny Crane. The final shot is of old music playing as the camera moves through the firm's offices which are packed up and all the lights are still on. Bobby Donell is sitting at his old desk crying. Despite all he had said he was the only person not to move on.

As the team digs up more evidence to convict Tony Hill for the murder of Shep they undercover another murder that took place in 1999. Cousin Sal is found dead in his hotel room due to a drug overdose. Jack learns that the District Attorney will let Tony Hill out again because there isn't enough evidence to charge him with both murders.
