So, it makes its way to Kaiaulu Hale's Hallowe'en party, and is terrifying everyone. Can Lilo and Stitch stop it?

When Jack gives a press conference he gets the idea to make himself a target in hopes catching the sniper. Sue goes to the dance with David, but Jack doesn't want Sue to worry about the case.
