Season 1, Episode 11
Open ocean, a vast biotope covering two thirds of the planet, some shallow, some as deep as the mountain ranges are high. The ocean has an immense, precariously complex food chain, varying from microscopic animals, like krill, to whales, which ironically feed mainly on the former. Most species swim or float in it, many coming up for air, while other dive in from land or air, often to feed, but also to procreate on the coast, where some species come to lay their eggs. Even the shore is covered with life, largely based on organic matter, such as corpses.

Using techniques gleaned from the Mono Indians, he brushes his teeth with a manzanita leaf. Most of the ground he covers is traversed by river, using a raft held together by grape vine.

Zack has to take on the responsibility of taking care of Carey and Cody due to them being ill. Cody uses his illness to his advantage by making Zack his servant. Meanwhile, Mr. Moseby makes an announcement about the "Employee of the Month" and it's employees compete for that title.

While away at Summer Camp, Kevin overhears some beavers talking about conquering the humans. After following them, Kevin finds out that they are being led by alien beaver, named Buggy, who is helping them build weapons with the trees. After he is captured, he contact Krypto, who, along with Streaky, arrives to help. It's up to Krypto, Streaky, and Kevin expose Buggy's true identity to the beavers.

After corporate attorney Charles Dillon is discovered dead in a hotel room, Green and Cassady investigate and learn that the company he was working for is in the process of being indicted. Their investigation leads them to a high-priced callgirl, Julia Veloso, who turns out to have been romantically involved with the company's C.E.O., Samantha Weaver. McCoy and Rubirosa find themselves at odds as Rubirosa wonders if McCoy's prosecution of Weaver has more to do with her gender than her guilt.
