When Sissi's pen pal from Iceland, Brynja Heringsdötir, arrives at the school, all the boys swoon over her, making Sissi envious. When Brynja takes an interest in Odd, he ends up showing her the Supercomputer. While there, she messes with the computer despite Odd's pleas not to, creating a glitch in a program Jeremy is installing that causes every virtualization to happen in the wrong sector and prevents materialization. This becomes all the more problematic when William catches Aelita alone on Lyoko. When forced to choose between his friends and his new love interest, Odd initially stays with her, but decides that his friends are more important. After rescuing Aelita from William, they make up. As Brynja has not been told anything about the purpose of the Supercomputer, nor does it appear that she even cared in the first place, they have no need to perform a return trip to the past before she leaves.

Kaz and Peyton have one hour to scrape up all the scans they need for a match. Lucy and Guy are going out with each other, and Guy has practically moved in. This annoys Lee who thinks Guy is too old for her. Lee soon discovers that Guy owns a lap dancing club. While at the club, Lee and Tim see Rose (Thaila Zucchi), a librarian that Tim has been seeing, and discover she is a lapdancer. Tim later dumps her, but then changes his mind. However, Rose refuses to get back together. Meanwhile, Lucy dumps Guy but they soon get back together but agree to take their relationship more slowly.

Hei's team, on the orders of Eric Nishijima, has been kicked out of the syndicate and contracts taken on all their lives. Misaki discovers that the "syndicate" is really a collaboration between intelligence agencies of multiple countries and that she herself has been an unknowing member. Hei, Yin, and Mao infilitrate Hell's Gate while Huang detonates a suicide bomb for distraction. Mao is disconnected from the Syndicate's network and his feral cat behavior takes over and runs away. The EPR's contractors attack the gate, leaving the focus open for Hei and Yin. The syndicate takes out the EPR's doll system, leaving Hei with only Yin for guidance as they head towards the conclusion of the story.

At his side are Katara, Sokka, and their father Hakoda who recount the events that led the four to the ship and contemplate their next move. Aang struggles to fight his own desire to face the Fire Lord before he is ready. Meanwhile, Zuko deals with his own issues as he makes his long-awaited journey home, with the fear of his father's rejection hanging over his head.

Seeing it as an opportunity to meet him and do some business, Cory, Newt, and Meena make an exercise machine for him to endorse. While trying to sneak it upstairs, the get stuck in a closet. Before they can figure out how to get out, The President, Victor and Samantha all get trapped in the closet as well. Meanwhile, no one will come to Sophie's tea party because of The Rock. However, she may get a very special guest at her tea party.

Alan invites Big Bird into Hooper's Store to watch the Worm Cup games on his TV set. The audience consists of a few kids, and even some worms with their own miniature tables and vans. The worm audience is split into two groups: one from France, and one from the USA. Alan explains to Big Bird that the objective of the Worm Cup games is to kick a ball into a cup the most times. Worms from all over the world are competing for the cup, including Slimey.
