Nick and Burton put their legal licenses and freedom at stake by violating their attorney/client privileges to protect Frank's youngest daughter and victim, 16 year-old. Meanwhile, first-year associate Amanda Bowles walks out of Fallin & Assoc. when Burton disapproves of her volunteer work at CLS.

Breanna gets the leading part in a play called Shakespeare's ""The Taming Of The Shrew"". When the lines become old and whack Breanna decides to liven it up in a 2pac version, but when she lets her ego get the best of her the director decides that Spirit should have the role leaving Breanna as her understudy. Meanwhile Flex is having some competition trying to get the lead sports anchor position at his job. Also Duane has discovered that he is related to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., so he decides to make a tunnel to dedicate him.

Yvonne accuses William of trying to control her after he surprises her by buying a house for the two of them. Joan objects to the firm's policy regarding Martin Luther King Day, as they insist on remaining open for the day. She goes out of her way to try to change Swedelson's mind about the topic. Maya continues to spend time with Stan, and William warns her about what he sees as Stan's true intentions.

Meanwhile, a guilt-ridden Doc can't stay away from a recuperating teenager, Ryan Buckley, who was accidentally paralyzed while under Doc's care. Taylor is annoyed by a new probationary firefighter, Ken Prescott. Bosco and Yokas search for a drug addict who murdered his girlfriend.
Relic Hunter
Season 3, Episode 12
Event: SOUTHEAST ASIA 1075 A.D. Sydney is out in the field looking for a relic while accompanied by a women's talk show hostess and her cameraman. Nigel and Karen are back at the office. Sydney is entering a temple when rebels in the local Gamora Heights district stage a rebellion. The men are after foreigners. Sydney and the others take refuge in the temple, while Nigel and Karen collaborate with the show's producer back home to try and get aid to Sydney. Sydney manages to get into the temple, but the rebels trap her and the others there. They make a makeshift flare, send up a signal, and the government troops arrive to rescue them. They find out that the soldiers never saw the flare, and it was due to Nigel's intervention back in the States that they were rescued.
Earth: Final Conflict
Season 5, Episode 11
Renee suffers an emotional breakdown after a high-rise attempt to rescue a woman and her baby from an atavus attack goes horribly wrong. Unable to shake the image of the crying baby falling to its death, Renee and Street check into a spa to try to relax. Her therapy is soon cut short as they find themselves being stalked by Howlyn.

Wonder Woman returns to Paradise Island to make up with her mother for her rapid departure, only to find the Amazons transformed to statutes. The sorcerer Felix Faust is holding them hostage to force Diana to recover three ancient artifacts.

Ally defends a man who broke into his old house to jump out of his old bedroom window. Harvey Hall believes he can fly using wings he made himself. The house owner allows him to jump from the roof, and Harvey accomplishes his life long dream of flying, at the cost of his own life. Meanwhile, Harriet Pumple tries to find a match for Elaine, Coretta, Richard and John. She matches Elaine with Victor, who would have dumped her if it wasn't for Ally asking him not to. But Harriet can't find a match for John, so the entire office sings "we have to get you a woman" for him. John is profoundly insulted.

Fred solves a puzzle for a group of demons who literally want to buy her brain; Angel is hired to clean out a vampire nest by a man who can't afford to pay for Angel's services; Wes and Gunn help a woman whose dead boyfriend is stalking her.
