At the party, Donnie reveals to Maya that he's not really ""slow."" Maya tries to tell Elliott that Donnie's not stupid, but just ends up looking silly herself. Jack's inanity causes Donnie to reveal his act. And a gift of a parakeet explodes into a living nightmare for Nina.

Now, in each other's bodies, Dick and Sally must try and maintain each other's romantic relationships and get accustomed to the changes that their new gender brings, while waiting for their request to be switched back to be accepted. Meanwhile, Harry is left in charge of Happy Doug's when Doug goes on vacation, but becomes worried when a group of burly, tough-looking bikers arrive.

The team have a well known and high class pimp David Hinkley under surveillance, but fail to save one of his girls being murdered. His daughter Natasha hides the envelope which contains the evidence needed to charge Hinkley. Nikki a working girl is looking for help from Chappel. He attempts to persuade her to make a statement about Hinkley. For her troubles she will receive a room in a hostel, but Nikki declines. Hinkley is bailled due until further enquires. He visits Nikki, believing she informed the police. Unknown to Hinkley, Natasha has already arrived there to do the same. Nikki and Hinkley fight, Natasha hides herself in the bathroom. Hinkley in a rage pushes Nikki out of a first floor window, an action witnessed by his daughter, Natasha. The murder squad are now involved on the case, much to Chappel's disgust.

Isabel, knowing full well of Emily's plans, forbids her to enter into the ""Island Romance Contest"". Having written the story of ""Isabella of the Highland"" Emily reluctantly puts it away only for Ilse to find and submit. When it wins first prize Isabel wants Emily to renounce the award and takes both her and Aunt Laura to Charlottetown to do it. Ian Bowles makes a return to the series with a pregnant Margaux Lavoie. Laura must face the truth as the lies and deceit become too much

Mulder heads to investigate after Agent Spender dismisses the claims, and discovers that the father is actually a demon who wants to have a normal child.
