When Phoebe tells the gang about how she was too poor to have a bike as a child, Ross goes out and buys her one. While Phoebe absolutely loves the bike, the gang soon discovers that she doesn't actually know how to ride one. Meanwhile, Monica decides to make candy in order to get to know her neighbours, and while they all love the candy, nobody is particularly interested in Monica herself. Rachel and Tag try to hide their relationship at work, but things go awry when Rachel writes a playful work evaluation of Tag that he accidentally turns in to Human Resources.

Mrs. Cartman holds an intervention for her son's eating problem and is sending him to fat camp. Cartman returns from camp, 40 lbs. lighter. Cartman is selling candy to the fat kids. Kenny is challenged by the other children to do crazy things for money. Kenny's popularity rises and he soon gets his own TV show. An event happens where Kenny gets inside Ms. Crabtree's uterus for six hours.

Drew immediately gets off on the wrong foot with Mr. Nichols, his demanding new boss. He tries to suck up to get himself off of Nichols' ""crap list."" Nichols receives a call asking him to head up fundraising for a new roof for his church. Drew contributes $100 and offers to begin attending services. He volunteers to sing at a church benefit. Although Nichols and the minister are skeptical, Drew insists that he is talented. Oswald, Lewis and Kate lie and vouch for his singing abilities. Drew's performance (with an accordion and knee cymbals) is so embarrassing that Oswald has to pull the fire alarm to save him from being booed off the stage. Drew is hurt when he receives a scathing review in the church newsletter, but thinks that the crowd would have liked him if he had gotten to finish his song.
