Season 1, Episode 9
During a typical morning rush hour in downtown Miami, an unseen sniper chooses three victims at random and opens fire, killing each with a single shot to the head. Horatio and his crew rush to the scene, which is quickly mobbed by TV news reporters eager to spin the murders into a national story. The initial investigation doesn't reveal much, as there were no witnesses and little evidence remains. But the case heats up when the sniper strikes again, killing two more innocent people.

Delia and her grandmother (guest star Doris Belack) throw a festive birthday party for a grumpy Edna who hates this particular day of the year, but everyone winds up snowed in for the night when a big storm hits town. In the midst of it all, Bright collapses from a burst appendix and Drs. Brown and Abbott have to improvise an operating room before the infection spreads; while Andy and Ephram let months of tension and hurt feelings explode in front of everyone with a threat of Ephram moving back to New York with his grandparents.

Stunt #1: Dog Attack Contestants would have to make their way through an urban assault training building and press buttons to raise flags. Along the way, they would have to get past 4 trained attack dogs. The two men and the two women to raise the 6 flags and get out the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Gas Chamber Contestants would have to stay inside a room full of c.s. gas (tear gas). The three contestants to stay in the room the longest would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Car Carrier Drive-Thru Contestants would start out driving a car next to a moving car carrier going 40 miles per hour. When a horn sounded, they would have to drive their car up a ramp and into the back of the car carrier. The contestant to do this the fastest would be the Fear Factor Champion.

Season 2, Episode 9
It's Breanna's 16th birthday, and Flex's fufills her greatest birthday wish by getting her a car. Knowing just how expensive cars are Flex tries to get Breanna a cheap used car by going to Duane'a car lot and pulling a fast one on him. With alot of negotiations Duane allows Flex to get the best car out of the lot for a really cheap price. When Breanna, Spirit, and Arnaz drive it it suddenly breaks down after a mile or two. When Flex tries to get Duane to pay for fixing the car he refuses and they decide to take it to court and sue each other on ""Judge Joe Brown's Court"". When they arrive their it seems that both of them are guilty for trying to scam each other so nobody wins. In the end Flex and Duane realize their mistakes. They make up and both of them decide to pay for Breanna's broken car.

Dee Dee invites Mona to a ""girls night"" with her friends, but Mona instantly feels out of place amidst the ritzy women. When Dee Dee gives Mona an expensive purse, Mona deduces that her half-sister is trying to make her over. Meanwhile, Spencer is attracted to one of Dee Dee's friends.

T's jealousy also cramps Stevie's style. Meanwhile, Nikki, Andell and their friends drag Professor Oglevee into their poker game.

Meanwhile, Joan and Maya drive each other crazy as Maya and Jabari stay with Joan while Maya looks for an affordable apartment.

Jimmy saves the day when he spies a strange man breaking into Heidi Klum's trailer, catches him trying on (and eating) her underwear, and holds him down until the police arrive. When the story makes the local news, Jimmy's seen as a hero to everyone except Christine, who's furious that he went beyond the call of duty and risked his life in the process. She demands he quit his security job, which she now considers dangerous, and get the studio to give him a different one. Though he doesn't want to, Jimmy asks Mr. Savitsky to reassign him, and ends up the new landscaping supervisor. He grows to dig landscaping, which gives him a golf caddy and wins him the envy of former security guardmates Billy and Roy, but when he overhears a burglary in process, he tries to be a hero there too by jumping the armed assailant... who, unfortunately for Jimmy, happens to be an actor shooting a film. Their shabby behavior initially goes unnoticed by Hal, who's desperately trying to bond with his self-centered dad; and by Dewey and Reese, who seek some of Grampa's dough by currying favor with him. But when Lois is reduced to tears after being excluded from a group photo, the family rallies to her side with an all-out counterattack that turns the party into pandemonium.
