So Lisa zaps the boys into a plane, but when neither of them know how to land it, she saves the day. However, Lisa is not allowed to be seen by everyone, so Gary and Wyatt get all of the credit for the landing. The President would also like to throw a ball in their honor and present them with an award. Since the ball is high profile, they leave Lisa at home and head off. Lisa is hurt by the fact that the guys won't even allow her to attend, but she decides to go to the ball anyway. She meets the President and they fall in love. Unfortunately, the President doesn't seem to have enough time in his schedule for Lisa. So it's up to the boys to talk to the President one on one and fix Lisa's broken heart.

It is up to Ros to make an antidote to return the gold to normal, and she doesn't have long- after some time, and once the gold has reached a certain temperature, it will be irreversible and the gold will be lost forever. Ed is trapped in the room with the gold and also two security things that continuously try to shoot him. Beckett decides to get Ed out of the room, as the antidote Ros creates is harmful to humans, but his only way to get to it is by going through a tunnel filled with toxic fumes.

Since the whole squad is busy with Lewis' wedding, Gee takes Howard out to work the homicide of the radio talk-show host. One of his listeners took him up on his proposal. Munch is skeptical about the Lewis wedding; he thinks it's an elaborate practical joke. Bayliss and Kellerman vie for the attention of Kay's sister. Gee shoots and kills a potential suspect, but the suspect was in jail at the time of the talk show host's murder. The guy who fingered him admits that he did it as a joke. The wedding is no hoax. During the festivities Pembleton's wife goes into labor.

Laverne explains that Regine's behavior reminds her of the time that Regine was conceived in the bleachers during a Mets game. Regine assures her that she has control of her life, and there is no reason to worry. When one of Laverne's bingo cards is a winner, she and her daughter celebrate with a shopping spree. Overton decides to pop the question to Synclaire. He spots the perfect ring, but must negotiate with the eccentric old man who presently owns it. Tag: Overton and Ray take a ""chopper"" ride.
