Darryl believes that Regine is jealous, but soon re-considers and calls off the wedding. Tina blames Regine, and the two nearly come to blows in the church. Nigel surprises Fran when he proposes to her and asks her to leave with him aboard a luxurious boat. Doubtful, she thinks about her relationship with Maxwell, its past and its future. In one hand she has the man she really loves, who hasn't made a move in 3 years. In the other hand, a rich, good looking and single man, everything she always hoped for. She chooses to go with Nigel, but unfortunately she misses the boat and has to go back home. Maxwell arrives and takes care of Fran, who twisted her ankle on her way back. Some things are just meant (not) to be.

He tries to get in the hockey team but he's not in good shape, so he gets invited to the wrestling team, which is the worse in school. He doesn't support Sarah's new job and they have a fight. She says he's changed. Julia is having problems with the roofers. Alec offers her pot, and she turns it down. She talks with his brother and he fires him. They flirt. Claudia tries to get back at Charlie for not letting her go to the conservatory.

Mimi (for a fee) suggests a way that Drew might get out of the situation. She says that the gang could organize a party and sell maps to the location, then give away the appropriate amount of beer. Bonnie comes to Winfred-Louder to apologize to Drew, and agrees to attend his party. She brings a policewoman friend to the gathering. Unfortunately, she threatens to arrest Drew and his friends for soliciting to sell alcohol unless they shut down the party and return everyone's money. Bonnie and Drew sleep together.
