Blair Stanley, Sara's father, has been acquitted of fraud and he wants Sara to come home to Montreal. He returns to the island and comes up against Hetty King, who refuses to let Sara go. Aunt Hetty resents Blair Stanley 'taking' her younger sister Ruth away from the family and then 'letting' her die, because of their fast city life-style. Sara in heartbroken, afraid of losing the family she has grown to love and losing her fathers love, because she wants to stay in Avonlea. Trying to reason with Hetty and Blair leaves her further frustrated, and so Sara runs away and hides, hoping to unite the families. Instead it sparks more antagonism. When she is finally found, Sara defiantly argues with Blair, and not paying attention to where she is walking, loses her footing and falls from the top loft of the barn. Hetty & Blair, frightened of almost losing Sara, decide to talk over their differences and call a truce to their fighting. Sara is allowed to stay on the island.

(12:15 PM Assault Call) Bethel - Alaska State Troopers – Sgt. Dan Hickman and 1st Sgt. Greg Close go out to a four-seater plane and fly to a shooting call. James shot at tow people and their dogs. They land on a dirt strip and meet a guy on a motorcycle who tells them James killed a dog and his sister ran away because of it and James is hiding out at his green house. They find him squatting outside when they arrive and go over and talk to him and cuff him in the front to be nice since they are now required by law to cuff suspects. Dan says there are lots of shooting and suicides up there. Five years in jail is the usual sentence. A 12 gauge shotgun is taken as well as bootlegged whiskey. They takes James back to the plane and fly him back with them. Anchorage 4:30 PM – K-9 Training Officer Keith Corder puts Officer Pam Nelson into the dog training suit because she is the only one who can fit inside. Officer Tom Katkus has the dog and it runs over and takes her down by the arm. (8:30 PM Domestic Disturbance) While patrolling Pam says people usually start partying at 11pm instead of 8pm in the lower 48, lots of weird things go on. She goes to a woman’s house who says it is haunted by a crying baby. Pam puts holy water in the closet to capture it. Officer James Conley takes the ‘ghost’ away in a ghost collector. She says it is easier to pretend with these people because they take it seriously. Anchorage (8:45 PM Assault Call) Officer Marc Woodward says it is always different, never boring. There is a call of a fight with several people in the middle of the road. They are gone when he gets there. He finds the victim, Terry, inside a video store bleeding. He says he was riding his bike, bought a six pack and then some black guys stopped him. A couple others in a car joined in and beat him up, threw glass bottles and his beers at him and stole the rest. He says not worry he’ll take care of them himself. (10:20 PM Disturbance Call) Marc finds Bobby on the street crying that his past keeps coming back to haunt him and he wants to die. He says he wants to go to API, but they won’t take him. Marc says he’ll help and drives him to API himself.

While Frank is in Washington to talk to Paul about returning to work, Dan calls to say Vinnie missed his last check-in. Frank goes to Vinnie's house and finds evidence that he was kidnapped. Despite Paul's objections, Frank begins his own investigation, finding out from Carlotta that Vinnie was looking into the death of a priest in El Salvador. Frank follows the trail to Miami and Michael Santana, a disbarred Federal prosecutor, and the last person Vinnie contacted. Santana refuses to help Frank, saying he doesn't know anything about Vinnie's disappearance. Digging deeper, Frank stumbles upon a CIA investigation and is ordered to back off. The Lost City of Kongoland rises after a thousand years. Along with it comes a treasure belonging to Konga, the leader of the Ancient Konkas, who had a magical power over plants. Meanwhile, at the Palace of Power, Lana fears she's not forceful enough to be Ruler of VideoLand. Prince Plenty (from ""Queen of the Apes"") informs the N-Team of the treasure, and Lana vows to destroy it. Mother Brain also learns of the treasure and plans to steal it after the N-Team finds it. The treasure turns out to be Konga's hat, and when it falls on Lana's head, the Princess becomes possessed by Konga's spirit. She (he?) kidnaps Simon. Mother Brain tells the Eggplant Wizard to volunteer to join Konga in conquering Kongoland, so Mother Brain can get the hat later on. Donkey Kong helps the N-Team fight Konga's forces. The N-Team is about to be destroyed, when Lana, with encouragement from Kevin, takes off the hat. Donkey Kong destroys it, and the Lost City of Kongoland sinks again, this time forever. Lana d
