Katherine coaches Webster's baseball team and she assigns him to right field. Webster wants to pitch and after he is given the chance to pitch, it's back to the old right field for Webster.
A girl named Jennifer (who will soon be the leader of a major defence company) is targeted by S.A.V.A.G.E. when her uncle Merick (the current president of the company) wants to stop the transition.
A group of Native Americans comes under attack by a giant totem claiming to be a ghost warrior, who tells them to fight against those who have built upon their land. The tribal leaders call in John Thunder, who brings along his fellow Centurions Ace and Jake. While John confers with his people, Ace and Jake are attacked by Hacker. Meanwhile, the giant ghost warrior appears to John and his tribe and brainwashes them into attacking a geological research lab. John tracks down the ghost warrior and finds out that it is really a giant Traumitizer controlled by Doc Terror. Terror traps John, and as his brainwashed victims keep Ace and Jake occupied, Terror attacks the real target: a nearby space port. John must free himself and his people, and assist his Centurion friends. Science Lesson: The Apaches by John.
The planet Ozark is joining the League, and a land rush is organized for the territory for settlement. Daisy and the Black Hole gang are trying to rig the race. Also in the race are Annie Oh, Roy and Burro, and Cody "Wildfire" Carson, who have teamed up to try for the three best claims according to the survey map Roy managed to get hold of.
A teacher's bizarre discipline causes two students to seek revenge with a spell culled from a rock song played backwards. Unfortunately something goes wrong when they cast the spell. When they attempt another spell to fix the problem they accidently remove the head of their teacher.
Shaka goes deep into the Nkandla forest and asks a blacksmith to forge a stabbing spear, named “ixwa.” Shaka returns to his regiment and convinces the king that his new method of warfare is worth trying. His new regiment are used against the Zulu and win the day. Soon after, Senzangakona dies and Shaka takes the throne for himself.
Margo, a friend of Edna's, finds Jack interesting and with Howard's encouragement they go out. Margo's jealous boyfriend finds out and shows up at the store making unsubtle threats regarding Jack. Howard tries to remedy the situation.

Rambo's team is sent to help guard the transport of plans for a new medical laser. The plans are being shipped by train from Cleveland to St. Louis. Warhawk is suspected to try to steal the laser plans...
Jake has Crystal beam Ace back up to Skyvault, freeing him from the squid's clutches. Naro tells Jake and Sean that he intends to use the probe to take over Atlantis, and O'Connor agrees to help him. Meanwhile, Max and the two from Sealab escape from their confinement and look for a transmitter, but are stopped by Diana troops. Ace returns to Sealab, which engages its new force field to descend to Atlantis' depth. Max and the others escape from Atlantis and take Diana with them, but they are soon attacked by Naro's forces. Sean uses the Venus Probe to return to Sealab, where it is soon boarded by Naro and his followers. Jake escapes and beams outside Sealab, where he attempts to get on board. Sean reveals to Ace that he's still really on their side, and together they attempt to regain control of the base. Now working with Diana, Max and the rest of the Centurions try to defeat Naro's forces. Science Lesson: Uranus by Ace.

While introducing Kiwi marshmallow trees to the planet Grana, the planet's two suns have an adverse effect on the trees, making them complete their entire cycle of growth in one night, not to mention being 100 times their normal size. The planet will be overrun by the trees if a special breed of locusts aren't used to destroy the crop. Unfortunately, the residents of Grana don't think the locusts are a good idea at all. It turns into a free for all, as everyone commandeers everyone else's vehicle trying to stop the Rangers from releasing the locusts.

A group of Autobots, Cyclonus and Quintessons become trapped within a Quadrant Lock Disc that has also kept the planet Zimojin and it's inhabitants trapped for thousands of years. To get out the Quintessons need a component belonging to Perceptor, but he has several parts taken out which are used by Katsudan to make repairs on a robot. Now in the small form, Perceptor learns the Zimojins were trapped there by the Quintessons out of fear.
