Catwoman and the Sandman have teamed up, and they're after the fortunes of J. Pauline Spaghetti, a rich insomniac. Catwoman pulls a publicity stunt, getting the Sandman (under the guise of "Dr. Somnambula") an invitation to Spaghetti's penthouse - and her financial records. Batman and Robin investigate the situation, but soon find themselves trapped by the criminals.

Samantha applies for a loan to tear down a gazebo and to construct a rumpus room. The nosy bank inspector comes down to check out the land and sees a live baby polka-dotted elephant mistakenly conjured by Aunt Clara. The baby elephant was from a toy that Tabitha had wanted in the park. Larry comes by to see what the fuss it all about, and Samantha tries to hide the big baby from him.
The Puzzler continues with his plan to hijack Artemus Knab's new airplane, the Retsoor, all the while leaving puzzles behind for Batman and Robin to ponder. He familiarizes himself with the jet's designs, then prepares to fly his prize to a foreign country where he will hold it for ransom. But the Dynamic Duo have an easier time with his clues than he expected, resulting in a climactic confrontation at the airplane hanger.
The Puzzler, a villain with a fondness for both Shakespeare and aviation, indicates he is after the fortunes of Artemus Knab. He convinces the billionaire to invest in his puzzle balloon business, but when the Dynamic Duo find that Knab seems too intelligent to fall for a phony scheme, they look deeper for the criminal's true intentions. Their search leads them to Knab's airplane monopoly, but unknown to them, the Puzzler has plans to halt their investigation - permanently.
It's Christmas & Granny has no Christmas spirit. Jed, Jethro & Elly remember the good ol' days back home & decide to help the people of Beverly Hills. Jethro gets a job as Santa in a dept.store, Elly is his elf. Jed is working at the sporting goods counter & Granny is working in women's lingerie. Earlier Mr Drysdale asked Jethro to take some old clothes away & he thought the Drysdale's were short on cash so they had to sell some of their clothes. When Mrs Drysdale visited the Dept.store Granny slipped some nightgowns into her bag without her knowledge & as Mrs Drysdale left the store,the store detective arrested her. When Mrs Drydsale returned from the police station the Clampetts had bought back her bag of old clothes as a Christmas present.
During a heat wave, Penny comes across a giant, golden man, and his owner. She is told that the creature is called Raddion, a creation which only needs human emotions to be complete. When Dr Smith is removed from the camp, he is taken by two midgets who work with Raddion, and in another atempt to be returned to Earth, agrees to get the emotions from the Robinsons. He does so by taking their pictures, and all that is needed is for the Robinsons to shake hands with him. Don protests and heads back for camp, as do the Robinsons minus their emotions. Eventually they are returned to normal and it is learnt that human emotions cannot be bought or stolen.
Kimble finds work at an upholstery store where the police are staking out the place in their search for an escaped killer, named Bowen. Kimble becomes aquainted with one worker, a Hungarian immigrant named Josef Karac, whom Kimble discovers that Josef is a doctor wanted by the police for an abortion that he performed years earlier. Meanwhile, the police stake out Dr. Karac's apartment where his wife, daughter and nephew live, while undercover cop, Jim Macklin, goes undercover as a worker at the shop where Bowen was last seen to investigate his girlfrend whom is Dr. Karac's daughter. But Macklin soon recongizes Kimble and begins a second investigation to try to capture him. In the meantime, Bowen returns and takes the Karac family hostage to force them to hide him from the police just next door.
