Eliseo sets out to help Nacho, the depressed son of a tenant who was recently dumped. At the same time, he tries to make inroads with Paola, the babysitter of Thiago, a young boy who lives in the condominium. As Eliseo lifts the spirits of Nacho, he realizes that he may have lifted them too much when Nacho asks Paola out on a date, leading him to smear Nacho's standing with his crush.

But when Eliseo sees an opportunity to turn the tables on the blackmailer, he jumps at it wholeheartedly in a desperate attempt to line up more opposition against the project.

Eliseo immediately senses that something is amiss, and begins to investigate as he is alerted by a suspicious accent. It turns out that Jordi is not actually the son of Beba's cousin but actually a local nurse, and it falls on Eliseo to run off the imposter.

Eliseo schemes up a way to take down his archenemy Zambrano, seeing it as his best shot at derailing the project and protecting his job. After a search of Zambrano's house fails to result in anything compromising, Eliseo moves to invent a lover and cause marital problems in the Zambrano household, and enlists the help of a delivery girl who has a score to settle with the penny-pinching Zambrano.
